Kalmia Hills Burglary Arrest

AIKEN, SC- Investigators have arrested thirty-two (32) year old Kelly Lynn Pyle, of Windsor, SC. Pyle was charged with Burglary First Degree and Grand Larceny (more than $10,000).

The charges stem from a burglary that was committed in the early hours of December 15, 2013, on the 1700 block of Dibble Road, Aiken, SC. Investigators have charged Pyle with entering a closed garage and taking more than $10,000 worth of tools, chain saws, golf clubs, and saddles. Also taken during this crime was the victims 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe. The vehicle was later recovered.

Ms. Pyle is not believed to have acted alone in this burglary, and is a suspect in several additional burglaries in the Kalmia Hills area. Investigators are awaiting laboratory reports which may identify additional suspects.

Kelly Lynn Pyle is currently being held in the Aiken County Detention Center.
