Three arrested, drugs guns seized in drug bust
Friday, January 17, 2014

SUMTER COUNTY, SC (WIS) - Three people were arrested and investigators say they seized drugs, moonshine and guns in a bust in Sumter County.

The Sumter County Drug Unit served a search warrant at a home on Hummingbird Lane off Highway 441, near the back of Shaw Air Force Base Monday. Investigators say they received complaints about possible drug activity at the Dalzell home.

36-year-old Corey Prioleau, who lives at the home, Tamara English, 21, and Harold Coleman, 29, were arrested on several charges involving drugs, guns and possession of illegal liquor.

According to investigators, drug officers serving the warrant found Prioleau, English and Coleman at the home. Investigators say they found and seized crack cocaine, cocaine, a trace of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a sawed-off shotgun, handguns, $9500 in cash and liquid believed to be moonshine.

Investigators say the drugs had a street value of about $14,000.

Prioleau, English and Coleman were taken to the Sumter-Lee Regional Detention Center. Bond was denied for Prioleau and Coleman. They are scheduled to appear in court on February 7.
