Early Morning Shooting, Police Still Looking For Suspect

Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Richland County deputies responded to a shooting at 3500 McCords Ferry Road just before 2 a.m. on Sunday morning.

Upon arrival, deputies were able to determine that the victim and the suspect had a verbal altercation inside of a business. The victim then left and stood outside, when the suspect came out and fired several shots.

No injuries have been reported.

The suspect is believed to be a male of slender build, 5'8", wearing a red and black sweatshirt and dark pants.

The shooting is still under investigation.
