Armed men rob birthday party
Monday, December 16, 2013

IRMO, SC (WIS) - Lexington County Sheriff's deputies don't have much information to go on to find three gunmen who burst into a birthday party and robbed the guests.

According to the incident report, a group of teenagers were at a party in the 6200 block of St. Andrews Road Sunday morning when someone knocked on the door at about 12:30 a.m. The victim told deputies he opened the door to a shotgun pointed at him.

The incident report says three men forced their way inside and ordered everyone to turn over their wallets and cell phones. The victim told deputies two men were carrying shotguns and one of them ejected a shell when he racked the gun. Another man reportedly carried a pistol.

The gunmen were wearing ski masks, so witnesses could not provide deputies with good descriptions. Nobody saw a getaway vehicle.

If you know anything that can help investigators find the three gunmen, call Crimestoppers at 1-888-Crime-SC.
