Aiken man arrested for Kidnapping, Criminal Sexual Conduct, and weapon charges‏

AIKEN, SC - The Aiken Department of Public Safety has arrested Michael Antwon Fuller (23) of Aiken, SC on charges of Kidnapping, Criminal Sexual Conduct First (1 st ) Degree, Unlawful Carrying of a Pistol, and Possession of a Weapon during the Commission of a Violent Crime.

On 12/20/2013 at 04:35 am ADPS responded to a vehicle collision on Medical Park Drive. Upon arrival Mr. Fuller was located in the vehicle with a .25 caliber pistol under him. He was placed under arrest.

A female victim arrived at Aiken Regional Medical Center’s Emergency Room indicating she had been assaulted by Mr. Fuller while inside of the vehicle.

Investigators were able to determine Mr. Fuller approached the victim on the parking lot of a nearby hotel and asked for a ride to the hospital. Once inside of the vehicle, Mr. Fuller produced a pistol, and ordered her to drive around. During the incident, Mr. Fuller committed a sexual battery upon the victim. She then drove the vehicle in reverse into a tree, and was able to escape from Mr. Fuller.

Mr. Fuller is currently incarcerated in Aiken County Detention Center. (Picture attached) Investigators are continuing to investigate the incident, and further charges may be forthcoming.
