West Columbia Police Partner with BILO for Food Drive
Thursday, October 31, 2013

West Columbia, SC – The West Columbia Police Department is teaming up with BILO, located at 2349 Augusta Road, this Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 10a.m. until 2p.m. for a food drive.

The police department food pantry is all but empty and all donations will be accepted. Police officers will be at BILO trying to “fill up” patrol cars with donations from the public. Officers will have a list of requested non-refrigerated items that will in turn be put together to give meals to needy families for the holidays.

Sometimes the best meal a child receives is at school, and they do not have that same opportunity during the holiday season.

If you, or someone you know, have any information regarding any crime, you are encouraged to contact Crimestoppers. You could earn a reward up to $1,000.

Anonymous tips can be submitted to Crimestoppers by calling 1-888-CRIME-SC.
