Shooting Suspect Sought

Lancaster, SC – On Monday 09/09/2013 at approximately 9:08 pm Deputies were dispatched to 3217 Douglas Way Ln. for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival deputies located a 24 year old male victim who had been shot once in the leg. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment and later released.

Criminal Investigators and Crime Scene Investigators arrived on scene and began a detailed investigation. The investigation has revealed that the suspect, Miguelito D. Davis (B/M DOB:10/19/1980 Address: 1813 Wendover Ln. Lancaster) came to the residence where his ex-girlfriend lives. Davis confronted the victim who is now in a relationship with the ex-girlfriend outside the home. During the confrontation, the victim was shot once in the leg. Davis fled the scene and has not yet been located.

Davis has been charged with and is wanted for Attempted Murder.
