CRIMESTOPPERS: COMPOSITE SKETCH RELEASED OF INDECENT EXPOSURE SUSPECT
Thursday, July 18, 2013

COLUMBIA, SC - Interim Columbia Police Chief Ruben Santiago encourages the public to call CRIMESTOPPERS with information regarding an indecent exposure incident and suspect.

A female tells CPD that while leaving the dressing rooms at the Target store located at 134 Harbison Boulevard she saw the suspect sitting in the waiting area.

She adds, he exposed and fondled himself while looking at her.

She immediately reported the incident to store employees who then called 9-1-1.

The victim was not physically harmed.

The allegations stem from July 13, 2013 shortly after 4:00 p.m.

A SLED forensic artist has designed a sketch of what the possible suspect may look like.

He is described as a black male, possibly between the ages of 30-35 years-old, 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds.

The suspect was last seen wearing a blue and white plaid shirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes and a black hat.

If you, or someone you know, have any information regarding any crime, you are encouraged to contact Crimestoppers. You could earn a reward up to $1,000.
