Subject sought in relation to Larceny of Auto

AIKEN, SC - The Aiken Department of Public Safety is asking for the community's assistance in determining the identification of the male in the attached picture. The male may have information related to a larceny of auto.

On 06/17/13 at approximately 11:15PM the victim was inside of a York Street convenience store when she was advised by a witness her vehicle was being stolen. The victim followed the vehicle along with the witness until the suspect crashed a short time later. The suspect then fled the collision scene on foot, and was not located.

The suspect is described as a white male, 25-35 years of age.

Anyone with information related to the identity of the person involved is asked to contact CrimeStoppers of the Midlands at 888-CRIME-SC (888-274-6372). Callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.
