Authorities: Man pours gas on woman, tries to set her on fire

ORANGEBURG, SC - The United States Marshals Service is asking for the community’s assistance in locating an Orangeburg man wanted for criminal domestic violence high and aggravated nature.

Authorities say 27-year-old Joseph Williams Dinkins allegedly poured gasoline on a woman and attempted to set her on fire.

Dinkins is described as a black male, 6’0” and 155 lbs. His last known address was on Valerie Drive, Orangeburg, SC.
