LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC - In one week, the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department in partnership with Lexington County School District One will conduct an All-Pro Dads Night Out for fathers and their children at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 6 at New Providence Elementary School, 1118 Old Cherokee Road, Lexington.

Lexington County Sheriff James R. Metts encourages fathers and their children to attend All-Pro Dads Night Out. Participants will be served, free of charge, corndogs, ice tea, caramel popcorn and various types of chips. Administrators at New Providence Elementary School will show a movie that will be appropriate for viewing by children who are in elementary school.

West Lexington Resident Deputy Miles Rawl will coordinate the participation of the Sheriff’s Department in the All-Pro Dads Night Out. Parents who have questions concerning the event can contact Rawl on his voice mail at (803) 785-9896.

All-Pro Dads Night Out reflects the Sheriff’s Department mission of providing professional law enforcement services that enhance the quality of life for all people in Lexington County, Metts said.
