Local law enforcement to host Halloween in the mall Oct. 31

SUMTER, SC - The Sumter Police Department and Sumter County Sheriff's Office are again sponsoring Halloween at the mall for young ghosts and goblins trick or treating Oct. 31. The event will be held from 6 until 8 Halloween night. In addition to candy being available, there will be spooky stories and face painting. Lexy the Clown also will be on hand.
