Another arrested for indecent exposure
Thursday, September 20, 2012

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - A second man has been arrested in Columbia this week for indecent exposure.

Police say a 16-year old girl saw Eric Elgin performing a sex act on himself in public on Millwood Avenue last Tuesday morning.

The teen immediately ran and called police.

Columbia Police searched the area a short time later, but were unable to the suspect. Elgin was eventually located on Millwood on Wednesday and was arrested.

Elgin was arrested on a similar charge in 2010, when police say he drove through the Greenview Community on multiple occasions and exposed himself in the view of teenaged girls that were waiting at school bus stops.
