Man breaks into vehicle parked on campus, steals gun

COLUMBIA, SC - The University of South Carolina Division of Law Enforcement is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect that broke into a vehicle on campus.

Officials say on August 20, at 11:45 p.m., the male shown in the above photos, broke into a vehicle that was parked near the intersection of Pickens Street and Gervais Street.

After entering the vehicle, the man stole a Glock Model 23 .40 caliber handgun.
