West Columbia Police Need Information on Suspect in Stolen Credit Card Case

West Columbia, SC – The West Columbia Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public in identifying a man who recently used a stolen credit card at the Walmart located at 2401 Augusta Road.

According to Chief Dennis Tyndall, the incident occurred on May 15th at approximately 5:30 p.m. The suspect made several purchases including fishing equipment and a cellular phone.

The suspect is a light skinned black male in his early twenties. The suspect is about 6’ tall and medium build. He was wearing a multi-colored horizontally striped shirt and dark pants. Video photos of the suspect as he exited the store were obtained by the investigator. Anyone with information on the suspect’s identity or similar incidents is asked to contact the West Columbia Police Department at 803-794-0721.
