800 bags of horse feed stolen from business

CAMDEN, SC (WIS) - Hundreds of bags of horse feed are missing from East Couth Carolina Hay Distribution and the store manager believes an employee or former employee took them.

According to an incident report filed with the Camden Police Department, an officer was dispatched to the business on E. Dekalb St. on Tuesday after an inventory report revealed the missing feed.

The store's manager said the total value of the missing horse feed is between $10k - $15k.

The manager told police that the time the business did inventory was in June of 2010. The store plans to install a camera system and alarm in the near future.
