Deputies: Two men arrested after robbing woman at gunpoint

RICHLAND COUNTY, SC - Deputies arrested two men they say robbed a woman at gunpoint.

Deputies say around 3:00 a.m., at 5831 North Main Street (Obama Store) Austin and Winder pointed a pistol at a woman coming out of the store and demanded her money on Friday.

The victim said she handed over the money and Austin and Winder fled the scene.

The victim contacted law enforcement and gave them a description of the vehicle Austin and Winder were driving, which was a black Nissan Sentra, along with the license tag number.

Deputies say around 3:30 a.m., they spotted the suspect's vehicle on Fairfield Road and conducted a traffic stop.

Austin and Winder were identified by witnesses, arrested and transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
