Most Lexington traffic tickets can be paid online
Tuesday, August 9, 2011

LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC - Motorists can pay fines online for most traffic tickets issued by Lexington town police.

Payment can be made at www.lexsc.com/payments_ticket.htm

The option is a convenience for drivers as well as freeing town staff for other work, town administrator Britt Poole said.

Town police typically issue up to 750 tickets monthly, he said.

Officers will let motorists cited know if the offense qualifies for online payment, he said.

For more information, contact town court staff at (803) 951-4634.
