SPRINGDALE, SC - The Springdale Police Department is asking for the assistance of the community in locating a man they say is wanted for burglary and safecracking.

Police say that on July 24, at approximately 5:45 a.m., 19-year-old Tyler Stephens broke into a home located on Pembrook Drive while the occupant was sleeping.

According to a report, Stephens forced entry through the back of the house and removed a safe.
