Smash & Grab in Bank Parking Lot
Tuesday, July 12, 2011

ROCK HILL, SC - Back on May, 30, 2011, a local business man was followed by at least two suspects as he conducted business. When the victim went into a Rock Hill bank one of the suspects did a smash and grab on the victim’s truck.

The suspects were operating a black Ford Crown Victoria. One suspect remained outside and the second suspect went into the bank, presumably to keep an eye on victim while his partner in crime smashed the truck window to grab the bag of cash. The thief got away with $2,700.

Surveillance images show both the man who followed the victim into the bank and the black Crown Vic; surveillance images are posted online at yorkcrimestoppers.com.
