Meals on Wheels Volunteers Find Man Shot to Death
Tuesday, July 19, 2011

Honea Path, SC (AP) - Anderson County deputies say volunteers delivering a meal to an 87-year-old Honea Path man found him shot to death beside his bed.

Authorities are investigating Glenn Craft's death as a homicide.

Investigators say the Meals on Wheels volunteers were taking food to Craft when they found his body about 10 a.m. Monday.

Authorities say Craft appears to have been shot once several hours before in his bed. He lived alone.

Investigators would not say whether it appeared someone broke into the home or anything was taken. No arrests have been made.
