Bi-Lo Assists West Columbia Community

West Columbia, SC – Bi-lo of West Columbia recently donated two truckloads of food and school supplies to the West Columbia Police Department. The food will be distributed through the Police Department’s food pantry and the school supplies will be given to needy children in the community prior to the beginning of the 2011-2011 school year.

Sgt. John Norman, who oversees the West Columbia Police Department’s Community Action Team, said, “Bi-lo has been such an outstanding community partner. Their generosity allows us to help so many in our area who are in need. We look forward to a continued relationship with them.”
