Man charged with criminal sexual conduct against 2 minors
Monday, June 27, 2011

WINNSBORO, SC (WIS) - A Columbia man was arrested for allegedly trapping four young girls in a bathroom at a Winnsboro home where police said he kissed and fondled the girls and tried to pull down their pants.

49-year-old Clarence Perry was charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct against an 8-year-old and a 9-year-old.

When officers confronted Perry with the charges, they said he denied the allegations and become aggressive toward one of the officers. He was then arrested for disorderly conduct, according to Chief Freddie Lorick.

A further investigation led to the charges being filed.

Lorick said the other two children involved in the incident were 2 and 6. He did confirm that Perry was related to two of the four victims.
