Man Arrested, Accused of Running Naked
Thursday, June 9, 2011

Spartanburg, SC (AP) -- A North Carolina man has been arrested and accused of running naked down a South Carolina city street.

The Herald-Journal of Spartanburg reported that 28-year-old Kenneth Joseph Burke of Bladenboro, NC, was charged with indecent exposure after he was seen running down Main Street in Spartanburg on Wednesday.

A police officer responding to a call from a bar says a man ran down the street and got into a pickup truck.

The officer took Burke into custody. An employee of the pub brought the officer Burke's belongings. It was not clear if Burke has a lawyer.
