Frank Maxwell, Jr.COLUMBIA, SC - Columbia Police Chief Randy Scott is asking for the community’s assistance in locating two suspects, Frank Maxwell, Jr. (pictured below, DOB: 6/23/82) and Allen D’Costa Jackson (pictured to the right, DOB: 10/30/84) who are wanted for Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, Burglary 1st and Criminal Conspiracy.

Chief Scott stated on April 16, 2011 at approximately 11:30 a.m. Maxwell, Jackson and an unknown third suspect lured a male victim to an apartment located at 3700 West Avenue by promising to repay some money owed to the victim. Once inside the apartment the victim was assaulted by the three suspects, bound and robbed at gunpoint.

Allen D’Costa JacksonChief Scott asks that anyone with information on the whereabouts of Maxwell or Jackson or the identity of the unknown third suspect to call Crimestoppers at 888-CRIME-SC. Your anonymous tip could earn you a cash reward of up to $1000 for information leading to the arrest of those responsible.
