Police search for vehicle involved in drive-by shooting

ORANGEBURG, SC (WIS)- An Orangeburg man was shot in the foot after a drive-by shooting Thursday night, according to the Orangeburg Department of Public Safety.

Officer said they're still looking for a silver "box Chevy" that's believed to be involved in the incident.

It took place around 7:00pm on Windsor Street. Crews were dispatched to the scene after receiving a call that a 48-year-old victim was shot and lying in the road. He was taken to a local hospital.

Officers said the victim claimed he was shot by someone who was driving by in a vehicle. He was able to give officers a description of that vehicle.
